First established in 2012, in Jackson TN, Woodstock Bakery met the Jackson community with something new. Woodstock proved that a unique and nostalgic aesthetic as well as a Christ-centered mission would bring smiles to the faces of all who stepped through the doors. Matt and Dale Childress being the founders of Woodstock established a clear trajectory of the loved bakery. Incorporating an authentic and inspirational touch to every element of the business offered a freshness that Jackson adored.

Through the years, Woodstock made a name for itself by the generosity and genuine care for the customers. In late 2024, Woodstock Coffee and Bakeshop came under new ownership by David, Elena, and April Parkerson. With love for the mission that the previous owners instilled, the Parkerson’s continued the heart of Woodstock while bringing back that nostalgic and vintage element that customers find so inviting.
